Hello DCDC families,

We are so excited to be able to serve you and your family through our early childhood program. We are committed to meeting the needs of your preschooler through a caring, nurturing environment. Our goal is to build relationships and partner with families to provide an excellent and exciting early childhood experience. With God at our center and parents as our partners, our goal is to nurture the whole child to grow in physical, emotional, social, creative, cognitive, and spiritual areas of development.

Our program is based on the philosophy that children learn by actively participating, exploring and discovering. Our classrooms invite children to choose from activities that capture and hold their interest. Our highly qualified early childhood educators provide a balance of playtime with structured learning experiences that include pre-reading and writing, art, literature appreciation, gross and fine motor development, and spiritual development.

We look forward to partnering with you and your child’s early education and beyond. If you have any questions feel free to contact me.

Blessings,

Casey Fleming

Hello, fabulous Disciple families!! My name is Tasha Demirel, and I am so excited to be your assistant director. This will be my 2nd year at Disciples. Actually it is my 5th year if I include the 3 years my daughter attended Disciples from K2-K4.

My back ground is in business, with a passion for little people, and helping
them to learn, explore, and become the best they can be!

I have been married for 17 years and we have an 11 year old daughter.

I was born in the US, but grew up in Amsterdam The Netherlands. I am an avid crafter, enjoy riding bikes, traveling, cooking and spending time with my husband, daughter and our two cats.

My favorite colors are sage green & lavender.
My favorite drink is coffee with cream.
My favorite food is Italian.

Best way to contact me is via e-mail or office phone 864-297-6951.

What People Are Saying

I hope your year at Disciples is going great! My name is Angela Pitts and I am the home room mom for the infants. Gabriella is my little sweetie in the class! 🙂 She is actually my second child here at Disciples. My first was Ava and she graduated from 4k last year. Ava loved it here so much over the years and so did we. That’s why we have chosen Gabriella to come here as well.

I am very… picky when it comes to my children. I am very… happy, pleased, impressed, trusting, etc. when it comes to the Disciples family. I have watched Barb, Sheral, and a lot of the teachers with all the students and let me tell you this without a single doubt in my mind “This School Is Amazing!!!!!” The staff always goes out of their way for your children. Barb and Sheral know each child by name and are always super friendly. The teachers are all wonderful as well. I love it!!!

We have found our home at Disciples. We take great comfort in knowing that our children are being loved and taken care of while away from us. The teachers truly love the children and take great pride in teaching them.

Our son has entered elementary school with the greatest foundation, Thanks to Disciples. Truly couldn’t see our family going anywhere else.

I have had 2 children go through the preschool program at Disciples CDC, and it’s hard to sum up our experience in just a few sentences. They have learned so much during their time here under the competent and nurturing guidance of the teachers and staff. Emma went off to kindergarten last year so prepared and thrived. I feel that it’s 100% due to how DCDC prepared her for success. My son looks forward to going to school every day to see his friends, and he is full of pride when he tells me about the letters and numbers he’s learned and loves showing off his ability to write his own name. Our hearts are going to break when he graduates this year from K-4 and we will no longer be a part of this amazing school.
